  If I could give 0 stars to this store I would. Of the three sales people on the floor at the time no one was actually interested in helping me. Instead they put me on the phone with customer service where I had to be passed around until someone finally helped me. All the while the three sales people could care less about the level of service a 13 year customer of T-Mobile was receiving. Yes, I've stayed with them 13 years and have 4 lines and they could have cared less. Luckily I won't let this store and their staff alone represent T-Mobile. This manager needs to get a clue about who he leaves in charge of his store. The clerk who helped me seemed most concerned with cracking his gum and scrolling facebook than even attempting to service a customer.
