  DO NOT order from this company! They do not answer the phones and give the worst customer service EVER. After placing an order and paying an additional charge for delivery by Christmas (so they said) I only received 1 of the 3 items I ordered never evening acknowledging wether it was back ordered or unavailable. The order itself wasn't even processed for another 5 days and I never received it by Christmas. It was 5 days later. I disputed the charge on the credit card and was willing to pay for what I received. They did credit my account for the items not received but they did not reimburse for the additional charge I paid for expedited shipping. Wish I had read the reviews first too. :-(
