  5 Stars all the way! I have been here before to purchase a few things for my dog but to be honest I don't shop here often because I do find the prices of things are a bit to expensive...but to each there own. This visit I decided to stop by on a Sunday to use the self service dog bath. The store opened at 10am and I was up extremely early to try and be one of the first ones there, I got to the store about 10:10am and only one bathing station was available. Being that it was my first time trying this out I asked the employee to show me the ropes and he was definitely nice and helpful. The employee walked me over to the open bath and explained to me how it all works and also highly suggested I use one of the aprons to save myself from being drenched in water lol. Once you pay $15 for a token you will be handed a couple of clean towels and when you are ready to start the bath you insert the token and your 25 minuets will begin. You do have a selection of 3 different types of shampoos that are provided and included on the price paid for the token. I surly thought to myself that 25 min was not going to be enough time especially since I have a fluffy furry dog but to my surprise it was just the right amount of time. The BEST part of this experience is you don't have to clean up the mess lol even though I wiped down the counters with the towels that were provided, you still get to leave them there and call it a day. **Parking is FREE on Sunday's in the back of the store.

  This place is seriously adorable. I'm not kidding. There is a bakery for doggy treats and a pet wash with stairs for those shorter, stubbier puppy legs. The store caters to dog and cat owners, so you won't find much for your pet iguana (if you have one). The food is high quality, the amount of kitty trees is rather impressive, and if you're in Pasadena and want to adopt a cat, then you can adopt one here!
