  I've been here many times and while most of the people on the floor are nice enough for me to strike up conversations with after my inquiries Geek Squad personnel need a lot of work. I stood in line for a simple yes or no question without being acknowledged, despite making eye contact with what seemed to be a lone member, for 20 minutes. I felt pretty annoyed that I was blatantly being ignored so I left to wait in the costumer service line. I didn't even have to wait and the guy answered my questions in full detail with just a couple minutes. I was definitely frustrated at this point and it was visible on my face and in my voice but the guy was polite the entire time. I wasn't the only costumer upset with Geek Squad during my visit as there were other people who also suffered from the same treatment.

  Was looking to improve the internet speed and the range of WiFi service within our house and the sales representative was very knowledgeable and courteous. She not only recommended the right equipment to purchase but also gave us instruction on how to setup the new system so that we did not need to read all the fine prints on the boxes. She has made the shopping experience very enjoyable for us.
