  The wait time here can be INSANE. I waited an hour to get assisted on buying an iPhone 8 Plus just because of how packed it was. It’d probably be a good idea to come in early if you don’t want to wait. Otherwise, the staff are super nice and will always work to make sure your needs are met!

  I‘m here right now，I am waiting replace my iphine 6 plus battery，they have a lot of staff，but I still wait long time，hope they can fast next time. Love apple product always，support it. Maybe next iphone 9 I will change a new one. Hope not too experience.

  Find a public parking online before you set out to shop there. The Apple store will not validate your parking. If you know what you want, you can shop online and pick them up at the store. Quick in and out. Since the store is in the middle of Pasadena City Walk, you might as well stroll around there before you head back home. Store staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have onsite technicians to help you with your Apple products. They have a wide range of demos. Nice and clean store with a bunch of customers.
