  I LOVE the 99 Cent Store... but it definitely should NOT be called the "99 Cent ONLY Store" anymore.... but that's not why I'm giving this one a 4 -star... out of all the stores in my area, I would say this would the be the least stocked and organized 99 Cent Store... and they just made it so you have to have a quarter to be able to get a shopping cart - luckily you DO get the quarter back once you lock it back up, but man that's annoying....But again, almost all of the other 99 Cent Stores in this area are better than this one....
